摘要
为了促进职业教育的良性持续发展,针对职业教育实训装置和场地建设中的常见问题,以华北工业学校电工实训装置与场地建设实践为例,探索了学校统筹自建实训装置和场地模式、校企共建共用实训装置和场地模式、学校与培训机构共建实训装置和场地模式和赛训融合建设实训装置和场地模式,旨在实训与岗位培训、技能鉴定和比赛相结合等目标。
Taking practice of electrician training equipment and site construction of North China Industrial School as an example,this paper studies the common problems in the construction of vocational education practical training equipment and site to promote the sustainable development of vocational education.It explores the mode of self-built practical training devices and sites by schools,co-built and shared by schools and enterprises,co-built practical training devices and sites by schools and training institutions and the integration of competition and training to build practical training devices and sites.It aims at combining practical training with post training,skill identification and competition.
