摘要
近年来,全球老龄化速度加快,养老服务压力加大,但养老护理人员极度缺乏且辞职率高。执业环境是提高养老护理人员保留率和工作满意度及积极性的重要因素之一。我们从物理环境、工作时长、薪资保障、职业晋升和组织文化等方面综述国内外养老护理人员执业环境研究,为管理者进一步改善养老护理员执业环境提供参考。
In recent years,the speed of aging in the global is accelerating,and the pressure of pension service is increasing.However,the shortage of pension caregivers is extremely high and the resignation rate is high.The practice environmentis one of the important factors to improve the retention rate,job satisfaction and enthusiasm of pension caregivers.We review the research on the practicing environment ofpension caregivers at home and abroadfrom the aspects of physical environment,working hours,salary security,career promotion and organizational culture,in order to provide reference for managers to further improve the practice environment of the pension caregivers.
