2019—2020年包头市达茂旗动物鼠疫疫区处置分析 被引量:1

Analysis on disposal of animal plague epidemic areas in Damao Banner, Baotou from 2019 to 2020

摘要 目的 探讨2019—2020年包头市达茂旗动物鼠疫疫区处置经验。方法 参考2019—2020年包头市达茂旗动物鼠疫疫区处理以灭鼠和灭蚤为主的方法,总结分析动物鼠疫疫区处理的效果和意义。结果 2019—2020年包头市达茂旗动物鼠疫疫区处置累计出动灭鼠人员8 424名,投放灭鼠烟雾炮72 820 kg;疫区内15个村(嘎查)248户农牧民家居民户均未捕获鼠和蚤,27个疫点均未发现任何活动鼠洞和活鼠。2019—2020年达茂旗共调查疫区范围271 km^(2),布夹8 232个,捕获鼠619只,其中长爪沙鼠512只。2019年鼠密度3.46只/hm^(2)(415/120),长爪沙鼠密度3.37只/hm^(2)(405/120);2020年鼠密度1.35只/hm^(2)(204/151),长爪沙鼠密度0.77只/hm^(2)(116/151)。2019—2020年疫区监测点监测鼠892只,其中带蚤鼠169只。2019年鼠体染蚤率12.63%(82/649),获蚤总数135匹,总蚤指数0.20;2020年鼠体染蚤率35.80%(87/243),获蚤总数262匹,总蚤指数1.08。血清学检验484份血清,结果均为阴性。剖验宿主共1 443只,未检出鼠疫耶尔森菌,结果均为阴性。结论 2019—2020年包头市达茂旗动物鼠疫疫点野外灭鼠无鼠无洞,居室无鼠无蚤、环境整洁,提示包头市达茂旗动物鼠疫疫区以灭鼠和灭蚤为主的综合措施可有效控制动物鼠疫。 Objective To explore the disposal experience of animal plague epidemic areas in Damao Banner, Baotou from 2019 to 2020.Methods The effects and significance of animal plague epidemic area treatment were analyzed and analyzed by referring to the method of rodent control and flea elimination for animal plague endemic areas in Damao Banner, Baotou from 2019 to 2020.Results A total of 8 424 deratization personnel were dispatched for the disposal of animal plague areas in Damao Banner, Baotou from 2019 to 2020,and 72 820 kg of smog sprays were placed.No captured rodents or fleas were found from 248 households of farmers and herdsmen in 15 villages(Gacha) in epidemic areas, and no active rodent holes or live rodents were found in 27 epidemic spots.A total of areas in 271 km^(2) were investigated from 2019 to 2020,8 232 mousetraps were arranged, 619 rodents including 512 Mongolian gerbils rodents were trapped.The density of rodents hit 3.46 units/hm^(2)(415/120),and the density of Mongolian gerbils was 3.37 units/hm^(2)(405/120);the density of rodents was 1.35 units/hm^(2)(204/151),and the density of Mongolian gerbils was 0.77 units/hm^(2)(116/151).A total of 892 rodents were monitored at monitoring sites in epidemic areas, including 169 rodents with fleas.The flea infection rate of rodents was 12.63%(82/649) in 2019,the total number of fleas acquired hit 135,and the index of the total flea was 0.20.The flea infection rate of rodents in was 35.80%(87/243),the total number of fleas was 262,and the total flea of indexes was 1.08.A total of 484 sera were subject to serological tests, and the results were negative.A total of 1 443 hosts were dissected, no Yersinia pestis was detected, and the results were negative.Concusion No rodents or holes in fields are found, no rodents or fleas are noted in the living rooms, and the environment is clean and tidy, showing that the comprehensive measures dominated by killing rodents and fleas are capable of effectively controlinganimal plagues.
