五种中药饮片的真伪检定能力验证方法与结果分析

Verification Method and Result Analysis of Authenticity Verification Ability of Five Kinds of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces

目的 通过参加GSYJ-T2001《中药饮片的真伪检定》能力验证,提升本实验室对中药饮片的检定能力.方法 按照此次能力验证项目作业指导书及《中国药典》2020年版一部,进行性状和显微鉴别,并与各品种真伪标本进行对比,判定该项目提供的5个品种的中药饮片是否与《中国药典》2020年版一部收载品种的来源一致.结果 五种中药饮片中柴胡、麦冬、酸枣仁三个品种与《中国药典》2020年版一部收载品种的来源不一致,是伪品;半夏、丹参两个品种与《中国药典》2020年版一部收载品种的来源一致,是正品.结论 此次检定采用的鉴别方法简单、有效,能快速地鉴别这五种中药材的真伪,文中提供的真、伪品性状和显微鉴别的图片可以为今后的中药饮片检验工作提供参考.

Objective By participating in the GSYJ-T2001 "Verification of the Authenticity of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces" proficiency test,the laboratory's ability to test Chinese herhal medicine pieces has been improved.Methods According to the work instructions of this proficiency testing project and the first edition of"Chinese Pharmacopoeia"in 2020,conduct character and microscopic identification,and compare with the authenticity of various varieties to determine whether the five varieties of Chinese herhal medicine provided by the project are consistent with the"Chinese Pharmacopoeia".The sources of the varieties included in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia are the same.Results Three varieties of Bupleurum,Ophiopogon japonicus,and Suanzaoren of the five Chinese herbal medicines are inconsistent with the sources of the varieties included in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and are counterfeit;the two varieties of Pinellia and Danshen are inconsistent with the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia The source of a collection of varieties is the same,and it is genuine.Conclusion The identification method used in this verification is simple and effective,which can quickly verify the authenticity of these five Chinese medicinal materials,The properties and microscopic pictures of the genuine and fake products provided in this paper can provide a reference for the inspection of Chinese herbal pieces in the future.
