摘要
基于精准学科服务相关理论,结合问卷调研和专家访谈,系统梳理珠三角地区科研机构用户的学科服务需求内容及需求满足状况,探索学科服务需求侧管理对供给侧管理的影响。结合调研了解的用户学科服务需求新特点,提出图书情报机构应制定精准化学科服务策略,采取提前进行学科服务布局、精准挖掘用户需求、提供多样化精准服务产品等措施。
Based on the theories related to precise disciplinary services,combined with questionnaire research and expert interviews,this paper systematically sorts out the content of the disciplinary services needs and the situation of satisfying the needs of users in scientific research institutions in Pearl River Delta region,and explores the inspiration of the demand-side management of disciplinary services to the supply-side management.Combining the new characteristics of disciplinary services demands learned from the research,the paper proposes that library and information institutions should formulate precise disciplinary services strategies,adopt measures such as making disciplinary service layout in advance,accurately mining demands,and providing diversified precise service products.
