摘要
鲜花饼是云南一大特色食品,而玫瑰花甜馅料则是鲜花饼的灵魂。甜馅料的主料与辅料必须按照相关食品安全标准的要求选用,甜馅料的配方与加工也需要满足相关要求,在保证甜馅料食品安全的前提下提高甜馅料的品质。本文主要阐述玫瑰甜馅料的用途,加工制作流程,原料和各种辅料的使用要求,意在提高企业生产加工过程中的高标准化,确保玫瑰甜馅料的食品安全和品质要求。
Flower cake is a special food in Yunnan,and rose sweet filling is the soul of flower cake.The main ingredients and auxiliary materials of sweet fillings must be selected in accordance with the requirements of relevant food safety standards,and the formulation and processing of sweet fillings also need to meet relevant requirements,so as to improve the quality of sweet fillings on the premise of ensuring the food safety of sweet fillings.This article mainly describes the use of rose sweet stuffing,processing and production process,and the use requirements of raw materials and various auxiliary materials,aiming to improve the high standardization in the production and processing process of enterprises,and ensure the food safety and quality requirements of rose sweet stuffing.
