腹针疗法治疗食道癌患者术后便秘的临床疗效分析

Clinical Efficacy Analysis of Abdominal Acupuncture in Treatment of Postoperative Constipation in Patients with Esophageal Cancer

目的:分析腹针治疗方式在食道癌患者术后便秘的临床疗效。方法:选取2020年3月-2022年5月梅州市中医医院食道癌术后便秘患者60例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组与对照组,每组30例。对照组采用中成药四磨汤口服液鼻饲治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上联合腹针治疗。比较两组患者便秘症状评分、治疗效果、治疗依从性。结果:观察组大便类型、排便困难、腹胀评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001);观察组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组依从性高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:食道癌术后便秘患者过程中联合腹针治疗方式,可改善患者排便困难、腹胀与大便类型,提高治疗效果,提高治疗依从率。

Objective:To analyze the clinical efficacy of abdominal acupuncture therapy on postoperative constipation in patients with esophageal cancer.Methods:A total of 60 esophageal cancer patients with postoperative constipation in Meizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from March 2020 to May 2022 were selected as the study subjects.They were randomly divided into observation group and control group according to random digital number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated by nasal feeding with Simo Decoction oral liquid,a Chinese patent medicine.The observation group was treated with abdominal acupuncture on the basis of control group.The constipation symptom scores,treatment effect and treatment compliance between the two groups were compared.Results:The scores of stool type,defecation difficulty and abdominal distension in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.001).The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The compliance in the observation group was higher than that in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:In the treatment of postoperative constipation in patients with esophageal cancer,abdominal acupuncture can improve the defecation difficulty,abdominal distension and stool type,enhance treatment effect and increase treatment compliance.
