高职院校专业群集群效应的提升路径--基于系统论视角

Research on the Path of Promoting Cluster Effect of Professional Groups in Higher Vocational Colleges--Based on the System Theory

专业群建设是推进高职教育高质量发展的必由之路,发挥专业群的集群效应是打造高水平专业群的关键。在分析专业集群效应的基础上,运用系统学理论分析了专业集群的整体性、联系性、开放性、动态性等特征。以安徽商贸职业技术学院电子商务专业群为例,提出了专业集群效应的提升路径:优化群配置,增强专业群内部联系性;一体化发展,提升整体的非线性作用;深化产教融合,提高专业群的开放性;远离平衡态,保持专业群的动态性。

The construction of professional group is the only way to promote the high-quality development of higher vocational education,and the key to building a high-level professional group is to give full play to the cluster effect of the professional group.On the basis of analyzing the effect of professional cluster,this paper studies the characteristics of integrity,connection,openness and dynamic of professional cluster by adopting the system theory.Finally,taking the e-commerce professional group of Anhui Business College as an example,this paper puts forward the paths to promote the professional cluster effect:optimizing group configuration to enhance the internal connection of the professional group,integrated development to enhance the overall nonlinear effect,deepening the integration of industry and education to improve the openness of professional groups and staying away from equilibrium to keep the group dynamic.
