混合教学模式下教师角色转变路径研究——以高职院校“新媒体营销”为例 被引量:4

摘要 学生自主学习与教师角色转变作为混合式教学的重要支撑,相互依存、共同作用。调查发现存在着对两者协同推进的认识有待提高、学习技术和职业规划的重视程度不够、教师依赖程度过高等问题,以高职“新媒体营销”混合式课程建设为例,从心理、知识、技能、素质、环境五个维度探析学生自主学习与教师角色转变协同推进的路径,以期对进一步推进混合式教学和实现应用型人才培养有所启发。 As an important support of blended teaching,students'autonomous learning and teachers'role transformation depend on each other and work together.The investigation found that there are some problems,such as the awareness of the cooperative promotion of the two needs to be improved,the lack of attention to learning technology and career planning,and the high degree of teachers'dependence,etc.Taking the hybrid curriculum construction of"New Media Marketing"in higher vocational colleges as case,this paper analyzes the path of the cooperative promotion of students'autonomous learning and teachers'role change from five dimensions:psychology,knowledge,skills,quality and environment,in order to inspire further promoting the hybrid teaching and realizing the cultivation of applied talents.
