肛门直肠痛的中西医研究进展

Research Progress of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine on Anorectal Pain

肛门直肠痛在近年来的发病率逐渐提高,受到越来越多医者的重视,但无论是中医还是西医对肛门直肠痛病因病机的研究均尚未完全明确,故在此病的预防、诊断、治疗及预后方面均需进一步的研究探讨。此文通过对近些年来中医和西医治疗肛门直肠痛的有关文献进行整理、归纳、综合分析,供临床医者进行参考,以便达成更广泛的治疗对策。

In recent years,the incidence of anorectal pain has gradually increased,and more and more doctors have paid attention to it.However,the etiology and pathogenesis of anorectal pain have not been completely clarified in both traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine,so the prevention,diagnosis,treatment and prognosis of anorectal pain need further research and discussion.In this paper,the relevant literatures of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on anorectal pain in recent years are sorted out,summarized and comprehensively analyzed,so as to provide reference for clinical doctors,in order to achieve a wider range of treatment strategies.
