护患双向质量反馈护理模式对女性恶性肿瘤患者中央静脉穿刺置管并发症的预防效果观察

Preventive effect of nurse-patient two-way quality feedback nursing mode on PICC complications in female patients with malignant tumors

目的探讨护患双向质量反馈护理模式对女性恶性肿瘤患者中央静脉穿刺置管(PICC)并发症的预防效果。方法选取2019年6月至2021年6月于同济大学附属第一妇婴保健院接受PICC化疗的96例女性恶性肿瘤患者作为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为观察组(n=48)和对照组(n=48)。对照组实施常规PICC护理干预,观察组实施护患双向质量反馈护理模式护理干预,两组均持续干预8w。比较两组PICC自我护理能力评分、PICC维护依从性评分、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分、抑郁自评量表(SDS)评分、护理满意度评分及PICC并发症发生率。结果干预后,观察组PICC自我护理能力评分均明显高于对照组,PICC维护依从性评分显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组SAS评分、SDS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组各项护理满意度评分均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组PICC并发症发生率为8.33%,显著低于对照组的22.92%(P<0.05)。结论护患双向质量反馈护理模式可提高女性恶性肿瘤患者自我护理能力、PICC维护依从性和护理满意度,对中央静脉穿刺置管并发症具有较好的预防效果。

Objective To explore the preventive effect of nurse-patient two-way quality feedback nursing mode on complications of peripherally inserted central venous catheters(PICC)in female patients with malignant tumors.Methods A total of 96 female patients with malignant tumors undergoing PICC catheterization chemotherapy in the First Maternal and Infant Health Care Hospital Affiliated to Tongji University were enrolled as the research objects between June 2019 and June 2021.According to random number table method,they were divided into observation group(n=48)and control group(n=48).The control group was given routine PICC nursing,while observation group was given nurse-patient two-way quality feedback nursing.Both groups were continuously intervened for 8 weeks.The scores of PICC self-care ability,maintenance compliance,self-rating anxiety scale(SAS),self-rating depression scale(SDS)and nursing satisfaction,and incidence of PICC complications were compared between the two groups.Results After intervention,score of PICC self-care ability in observation group was significantly higher than that in control group,and score of PICC maintenance compliance was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.05).SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group(P<0.05).The scores of nursing satisfaction in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05),and incidence of PICC complications was significantly lower than that in control group(8.33%vs.22.92%,P<0.05).Conclusions The nurse-patient two-way quality feedback nursing mode can improve self-care ability,PICC maintenance compliance and nursing satisfaction in female patients with malignant tumors,which has good preventive effect on PICC complications.
