基于SWOT分析的江苏如东乡村旅游转型升级研究

Study on the Transformation and Upgrading of Rural Tourism in Rudong,Jiangsu based on SWOT Analysis

乡村振兴的发展重点在于产业的兴旺。本文以乡村振兴为背景,从如东县乡村旅游整体发展的新视角,运用SWOT分析法对如东县乡村旅游发展的优势、劣势、机遇和威胁等四个方面进行深入分析和探讨。在此基础上,从推进产业深度融合、打造乡村旅游特色品牌、创新乡村旅游新产品、完善乡村旅游配套设施、加快乡村旅游人才培育等五个方面提出了如东县乡村旅游转型升级的对策。

The development focus of rural revitalization lies in the prosperity of industry.This paper takes rural revitalization as the background,and from the new perspective of the overall development of rural tourism in Rudong County,uses SWOT analysis to make an in-depth analysis and discussion on the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of rural tourism development in Rudong County.On this basis,the paper puts forward the countermeasures of rural tourism transformation and upgrading in Rudong County from five aspects:promoting the in-depth integration of industries,creating the characteristic brand of rural tourism,innovating the new products of rural tourism,improving the supporting facilities of rural tourism,and accelerating the cultivation of rural tourism talents.
