牧区振兴视域下现代化畜牧产业创新绩效及其实现路径研究——基于11个典型畜牧业企业的QCA分析

Research on Innovation Performance and Realization Path of Modern Animal Husbandry Industry from the Perspective of Pastoral Revitalization——QCA Analysis Based on 11 Typical Animal Husbandry Enterprises

牧区振兴是乡村振兴战略的重要组成部分,提升畜牧产业的创新绩效是全面实现畜牧业现代化发展的必然选择。本文以11个典型畜牧企业为研究对象,采用QCA方法和问卷调查法探讨了环境、组织、结构和个体四个要素及条件组合对畜牧产业创新绩效的影响,并提出了促进现代化畜牧产业高创新绩效的路径。研究发现:四个要素的动态组合分别形成了三个现代畜牧业企业高创新绩效路径和三个低创新绩效路径。

Pastoral revitalization is an integral part of the rural revitalization strategy, and improving the innovation performance of the animal husbandry industry is an inevitable choice to modernize animal husbandry in an all-round way. In this paper, 11 typical animal husbandry enterprises were taken as the research objects. The QCA method and the questionnaire survey were used to discuss the influence of the combination of four elements and conditions including environment, organization, structure and individual on the innovation performance of the animal husbandry industry. Then the path to promote the high innovation performance of the modern animal husbandry industry was put forward. It is found that the dynamic combination of the four elements forms three paths of high innovation performance and three paths of low innovation performance in modern animal husbandry enterprises.
