桑黄有效物的提取应用及抑菌性能研究

Extraction,Application and Antibacterial Activity of Effective Substances in Phellinuslinteus

通过对桑黄有效物多酚的提取、应用试验,探讨桑黄有效物的抑菌性能;通过其应用产品“菊丝明皮肤抑菌霜”的抑菌试验,该产品对大肠杆菌、金黄色葡萄球菌、白色念珠菌均有较强抑菌作用;通过“桑黄丝胶蛋白祛痘护肤膜”的人体皮肤涂抹使用疗效观察,对粉刺、痤疮、色素沉着、手足皮肤皲裂等问题肌肤有一定的疗效;从而表明桑黄有效物在抑菌抗菌产品和化妆品中应用存在较大的可行性,为桑黄有效物的应用提供更广宽的途径。

In this paper,the effective substances in Phellinuslinteus were extracted and applied,and its antibacterial activity were tested.To further study the feasibility of its application in antibacterial products and cosmetics,the antibacterial test of its application product“Jusiming skin antibacterial cream”and the human skin observation of“Sanghuang acne removing skin care film”were conducted.Results showed that the“Jusiming skin antibacterial cream”had strong antibacterial effect on Escherichia coli,Staphylococcus aureus and Candida albicans.The“Sanghuang acne removing skin care film”had certain curative effect on acne,pimples,pigmentation,chapped skin of hands and feet and other skin problems.In conclusion,our study suggests that effective substances in Phellinus linteus are feasible to apply in antibacterial products and cosmetics.This study provides a wider application way for the extract of Phellinuslinteus.
