高标准农田建设实践中的问题与对策分析

Problems and Countermeasures in the Practice of High Standard Farmland Construction

高标准农田建设有利于保障农业经济发展对粮食的需求、提高农作物质量、保障粮食安全和食品安全,能够提高农业综合生产水平,促进农民增收。为了做好高标准农田建设,山西省出台了《山西省高标准农田建设规划(2021年—2030年)》,提出到2030年累计建成高标准农田190.67×10^(4) hm^(2)、改造提升38.86×10^(4) hm^(2),新增高效节水灌溉面积29.33×10^(4) hm^(2),建设任务重,时间要求紧。面对新的形势,通过对薄弱环节的梳理,及时总结工作经验,提出相应的解决对策,以期为今后工作开展提供借鉴。

The construction of high-standard farmland is conducive to ensuring the food demand of agricultural economic development,improving the quality of crops,ensuring food security and food safety,and accelerating the improvement of agricultural comprehensive production level and promoting the increase of farmers'income.In order to better carry out the construction of high-standard farmland,Shanxi Province has issued the Construction Plan of High-standard Farmland in Shanxi Province(2021-2030),which proposes that by 2030,190.67×10^(4) hm^(2) of high-standard farmland will be built,38.86×10^(4) hm^(2) will be upgraded,and 29.33×10^(4) hm^(2) of high-efficiency water-saving irrigation area will be added.The construction task is heavy and the time requirement is tight.In the face of the new situation,by combing the weak links,timely summarized the work experience and put forward corresponding solutions,with a view to providing reference for future work.
