Objective:To explore the diagnostic value of serum bilirubin and uric acid test in patients with coronary heart disease.Methods:100 patients with coronary heart disease admitted to Dongguan Fenggang Hospital from October 2020 to September 2021 were selected as the observation group, and 100 healthy subjects during the same period were selected as the control group. The serum bilirubin and uric acid levels of the two groups and those of patients with different degrees of coronary artery stenosis were tested and compared. Results:The levels of direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin and total bilirubin in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of uric acid was higher than that in the control group, with statistical significance(P<0.001).The level of direct bilirubin, indirect bilirubin and total bilirubin was lower in patients with Gensini score>40,and the level of uric acid was higher, the difference was statistically significant(P<0.001).Conclusion:Serum bilirubin and uric acid can produce a good diagnostic effect in clinical examination of coronary heart disease.Compared with healthy subjects, serum bilirubin and uric acid levels are lower in patients with coronary heart disease, which has a high reference value for the assessment of disease severity.
