超声内镜技术在胰腺占位性疾病诊断中的应用进展

Application Progress of Endoscopic Ultrasonography Technique in the Diagnosis of Pancreatic Space-occupying Diseases

近年来随着超声内镜(endoscopic ultrasonography,EUS)技术的普及,特别是EUS弹性成像技术(EUSelastography,EUS-EG)、造影增强EUS技术(contrast-enhanced-EUS,CE-EUS)、EUS引导下细针穿刺抽吸活检术(EUSguided fine-needle aspiration biopsy,EUS-FNAB)、EUS引导下的细针型共聚焦显微内镜技术(EUS-needle based confocal laser endomicoscopy,EUS-nCLE)相关新技术的应用,极大地提高了胰腺占位性疾病的诊断能力。本文就EUS相关技术在胰腺占位性疾病诊断方面的研究进展进行了综述,以期提高临床医师对EUS相关技术在胰腺占位性疾病诊断中的认识。

In recent years,with the popularization of endoscopic ultrasonography(EUS)technology,especially the application of EUS elastography(EUS-EG),contrast-enhanced-EUS(CE-EUS),EUS-guided fine-needle aspiration biopsy(EUS-FNAB),EUS-needle based confocal laser endomicoscopy(EUS-nCLE)related new technologies has greatly improved the diagnostic ability of pancreatic space-occupying diseases.This article reviews the research progress of EUS related technologies in the diagnosis aspect of pancreatic space-occupying diseases,in order to improve clinicians’understanding of EUS related technologies in the diagnosis of pancreatic space-occupying diseases.
