干扰素与双歧杆菌三联活菌联用方案在小儿手足口病治疗中的应用 被引量:2

摘要 目的研究干扰素联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果及对预后的影响。方法选取2019年5月至2021年5月江西省萍乡市妇幼保健院儿科收治的76例手足口病患儿作为研究对象,采用奇偶法将其分为观察组(n=38)和对照组(n=38)。对照组患儿单用干扰素治疗,观察组患儿采用干扰素联合双歧杆菌三联活菌治疗。治疗1个疗程后,观察两组患儿的临床疗效、临床症状缓解时间,比较两组患儿治疗前后的外周血白细胞(WBC)水平及血清心肌酶指标水平。结果治疗1个疗程后,观察组患儿的治疗总有效率(94.74%)高于对照组(78.95%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疗程结束后,观察组患儿的退热时间、皮肤及肛周皮疹消退时间、住院时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患儿治疗后的外周血WBC水平、血清乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)、肌酸磷酸激酶(CPK)、肌酸激酶同工酶(CK-MB)低于治疗前,观察组患儿的WBC、LDH、CPK、CK-MB水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论干扰素与双歧杆菌三联活菌联用治疗小儿手足口病的临床效果显著,能迅速改善患儿的临床症状,可有效降低患儿炎症因子水平,改善心肌损伤,值得临床进一步推广应用。 Objective To study the clinical efficacy of Interferon combined with Bifidobacteria Triple Viable Bacteria in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease and its influence on prognosis.Methods A total of 76 children with hand,foot and mouth disease who were admitted to the Department of Pediatrics of Pingxiang Maternal and Child Health Hospital,Jiangxi Province from May 2019 to May 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into observation group(n=38)and control group(n=38)by parity method.The control group was treated with Interferon alone,and the observation group was treated with Interferon combined with Bifidobacteria Triple Viable Bacteria.After 1 course of treatment,the clinical efficacy and duration of clinical symptom remission were observed between the two groups,and the levels of peripheral blood white blood cells(WBC)and serum myocardial enzyme indexes were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results After one course of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group(94.74%)was higher than that of control group(78.95%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After the treatment course,the time of fever reduction,skin and perianal rash resolution and hospital stay of the children in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The level of peripheral blood WBC,serum lactate dehydrogenase(LDH),creatine phosphokinase(CPK)and creatine kinase isoenzyme(CK-MB)of the children in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,the levels of WBC,LDH,CPK and CK-MB in observation group were lower than those in control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of Interferon and Bifidobacteria Triple Viable Bacteria has a significant clinical effect in the treatment of children with hand,foot and mouth disease,rapidly improves clinical symptoms,can effectively reduce the level of inflammatory factors in children,and improve myocardial injury,which is worthy of further clinical application.
