摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计、结构方程模型、逻辑分析等方法,构建了新时代地方高校就业指导服务满意度评价模型。结果表明:指导方式与内容、指导教师的水平、内容和形式、服务理念等4个因子维度构成了新时代地方高校就业指导服务满意度评价模型。目前地方高校就业服务工作中存在服务思维较为固化、服务内容与形式较为单一、师资队伍参差不齐、保障服务工作效率较低等问题,建议应形成就业服务“三化”思维、打造多元化师资团队、同步推动升学和从业工作、积极完善就业服务保障体系等。
Research methods such as literature, questionnaire survey, logical analysis, mathematical statistics and structural equation modeling were used to construct the evaluation model of satisfaction of career guidance service in local universities in the new era. The results showed that four factor dimensions, such as guidance mode and content, level of instructors, content and form, and service concept, constitute the evaluation model of satisfaction of career guidance service in local universities in the new era. The research showed that there are shortcomings in the current employment service work of local universities, such as solidified service thinking, single service content and form, uneven faculty team and low efficiency of guarantee service, etc. The research also proposed to form the thinking of “trivialization” of employment service, build a diversified faculty team, promote the work of further education and career at the same time, and actively improve the employment service guarantee system. We also put forward suggestions such as forming a “triple” thinking of employment service, creating a diversified team of teachers, promoting advancement and career work, and actively improving the employment service guarantee system.
