当归及其复方防治脱发的研究进展

Research Progress on Angelica Sinensis and Its Compound Recipe in the Prevention and Treatment of Alopecia

病理性脱发是常见的慢性难治性疾病,虽然不危及生命,但影响患者情绪和精神健康。探索有效防治脱发的方法,开发防治脱发和促进生发的大健康产品已成为研究热点。化学药物治疗脱发具有一定疗效,但不良反应较多;植发等微创手术疗法价格昂贵,难以普及。中药防治脱发理论基础坚实,具有天然、低毒、价格适宜等优势,近年来中药治疗脱发引起普遍关注。中医认为“发为血之余”,毛发是血气盛衰的外在标志,养血有助于毛发生长,防治脱发。中药当归为血中圣药、补血要药,具有补血、活血、行血、养血的功效,中医常将其用于各型脱发的治疗,疗效显著。本研究在总结脱发病因病机和防治现状的基础上,对当归及其复方防治脱发的理论依据、物质基础、作用机制、临床应用概况进行综述,以期为当归及其复方防治脱发的深入研究和推广应用提供参考。

Pathological alopecia is a common chronic and refractory disease.Although it does not endanger life,it can affect the emotion and mental health of the patients.Exploring effective methods to prevent and treat alopecia and developing health products to prevent and treat alopecia or promote hair growth have become a research hotspot.Chemical drugs have a certain effect on alopecia,but there are many adverse reactions,and minimally invasive surgery such as hair transplantation is expensive and difficult to popularize.Traditional Chinese medicine has a solid theoretical basis for the prevention and treatment of alopecia,and has the comparative advantages of being natural,low toxic,and affordable to the public.In recent years,the use of traditional Chinese medicine to treat alopecia has aroused widespread concern.Traditional Chinese medicine believes that"hair being surplus of blood"hair is the external sign of the rise and fall of blood and Qi,nourishing blood helps hair growth and prevents hair loss.Angelica sinensis is an important medicine for blood tonic.It has the effects of enriching,activating,promoting and nourishing blood.It is commonly used in traditional Chinese medicine to treat various types of alopecia,with remarkable effect.On the basis of summarizing the etiology and pathogenesis of alopecia and the current situation of prevention and treatment of alopecia,this paper reviews the theoretical basis,material basis,mechanism of action and application of Angelica sinensis and its compound recipe in preventing and treating alopecia,with a view to providing a reference for the further research and popularization of traditional Chinese medicine Angelica sinensis and its compound recipe in preventing and treating alopecia.
