桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果探究

Clinical study on the adjuvant treatment of ovarian cyst with Guizhi Fuling Pill

目的分析采用桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助治疗卵巢囊肿的临床效果。方法选取本院收治的60例卵巢囊肿患者为研究对象,根据随机数字表法将其分为对照组及研究组,每组30例。对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在此基础上采用桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助治疗。比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果研究组治疗总有效率为96.67%,高于对照组的86.67%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组小腹坠胀、腰部酸痛、白带异常、月经异常等症状的改善时间均短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组的生活质量评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,研究组生活质量评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组不良事件发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在卵巢囊肿患者治疗期间采用桂枝茯苓胶囊辅助,有利于改善其症状,具有较高的安全性,值得临床推广使用。

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of Guizhi Fuling Pill in the treatment of ovarian cyst.Methods A total of 60 patients with ovarian cysts admitted to our hospital were selected as research objects and were divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with conventional treatment,and the study group was treated with Guizhi Fuling Pill on this bisis.The clinical efficacy of the two groups was compared.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 96.67%,which was higher than 86.67%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The improvement time of symptoms such as lower abdomen bulging,waist soreness,lcucorrhea and menstrual abnormality in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in quality of life scores between the two groups(P>0.05);after treatment,the quality of life score of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse events between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of Guizhi Fuling Pill during the treatment of ovarian cyst is beneficial to improve the symptoms,has a high safety,worthy of clinical promotion.
