双心护理对慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑抑郁症状的影响

Effect of Double Heart Nursing on Anxiety and Depression in Patients with Chronic Heart Failure

目的研究双心护理改善慢性心力衰竭患者焦虑抑郁症状的效果。方法选取2020年5月-2021年6月在我院诊治的74例慢性心力衰竭患者为研究对象,采用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组,各37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上采用双心护理,比较两组焦虑、抑郁评分、心功能指标、生活质量(SF-36)及护理满意度。结果两组焦虑、抑郁评分均低于干预前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组左室舒张末期内径(LVEDd)、左室射血分数(LVEF)均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组组SF-36评分均高于干预前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组护理满意度为94.59%,高于对照组的83.78%(P<0.05)。结论双心护理可改善慢性心力衰竭患者心功能指标,缓解其焦虑、抑郁症状,提升其生活质量水平,提高其护理满意度,值得临床应用。

Objective To study the effect of double heart nursing on improving anxiety and depression in patients with chronic heart failure.Methods A total of 74 patients with chronic heart failure diagnosed and treated in our hospital from May 2020 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and observation group by random number table method,with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine nursing,and the observation group was treated with double heart nursing on the basis of the control group.The anxiety,depression score,cardiac function index,quality of life(SF-36)and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The anxiety and depression scores of the two groups were lower than those before the intervention,and the observation group was lower than the control group(P<0.05).The left ventricular end-diastolic diameter(LVEDd)and left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF)of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The SF-36 scores of the two groups were higher than those before intervention,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was 94.59%,which was higher than 83.78%of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Double heart nursing can improve the cardiac function index of patients with chronic heart failure,relieve their anxiety and depression symptoms,improve their quality of life and improve their nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical application.
