基于“治未病”理论探讨围绝经期失眠防治

失眠是围绝经期女性的常见病之一,其发病率逐年上升,严重损害了围绝经期女性的身心健康。多种治疗方法应用于围绝经期失眠效果均不理想,更加突显了预防和治疗的重要性。基于中医“治未病”的指导思想,将围绝经期失眠的病因病机贯穿于防病和治病的过程中,在围绝经期失眠的发生、发展以及预后的各个阶段提前干预,有助于扶助机体正气,降低发病率,提高治愈率。具体而言,未病之时,通过调摄精神、顺应四时、药食养护、强健体魄、五音疗法做到未病先防;已病之时,采用早期诊断、早期内外综合治疗的原则,既病防变,治其未传;痊愈之时,瘥后调摄,防病复发。

Insomnia is one of the common diseases of perimenopausal women,and its incidence rate is increasing year by year,which seriously damages the physical and mental health of perimenopausal women.The effect of various treatment methods applied to perimenopausal insomnia is not ideal,which highlights the importance of prevention and treatment.Based on the guiding ideology of“treating diseases before treatment”,the etiology and pathogenesis of perimenopausal insomnia are run through the process of prevention and treatment.Early intervention in the stages of perimenopausal insomnia,development and prognosis is helpful to help the body to build up the vital qi,reduce the incidence rate and improve the cure rate.Specifically,when you are not ill,you can prevent the disease first by adjusting your spirit,conforming to the four seasons,maintaining medicine and food,strengthening your physique and five tone therapy;When the disease is already ill,the principle of early diagnosis and early internal and external comprehensive treatment shall be adopted,so as to prevent the disease from changing and treat it before it is transmitted;When it is healed,it should be adjusted and prevented.
