摘要
针对水性双组分聚氨酯面漆在现场施工时适用期相对较短的问题,考察成膜物质的配伍性、温度、颜填料、助溶剂等多种因素对适用期的影响。结果表明,选用特殊分子结构设计的水性羟基丙烯酸树脂,加入IPDI型固化剂,减少含金属离子的颜填料和助溶剂用量,以及低温等条件下,均可延长水性双组分聚氨酯面漆的适用期,从而提升施工性能,最终得到综合性能优异的水性双组分聚氨酯面漆产品。
In view of the relatively short activated period of waterborne 2K polyurethane topcoat in field construction, the effects of compatibility of film-forming substances, temperature, pigments and fillers, cosolvent and other factors on the activated period are investigated. The results show that the selection of waterborne acrylic resin with special molecular structure design, the addition of IPDI curing agent, the reduction of the amount of pigments, fillers and cosolvent containing metal ions and low temperature can prolong the activated period of waterborne 2K polyurethane topcoat,and improve the construction performance. The prepared waterborne 2K polyurethane topcoat has excellent comprehensive performance.
