高质量推进价格争议纠纷调解工作的若干思考——基于杭州市价格认证工作实践

Some Thoughts on Promoting the Mediation of Price Disputes with High Quality——Based on the work practice of Hangzhou price certification

价格争议纠纷是最为常见的社会矛盾纠纷之一,涉及多个民生领域。本文立足杭州价格认证工作实践,总结调解价格争议纠纷的经验。近年来,杭州市推进价格争议纠纷调解网络立体化、流程规范化、主体多元化、队伍专业化、平台数字化,建成“五化统筹”工作体系,促进调解效能提升。从提高价格争议纠纷调解工作量的着眼点入手,探索性提出以完善价格争议纠纷调解相关法规、推进载体建设、强化协同治理、优化力量配置、构建智慧调解模型等方式,高质量推进价格争议纠纷调解工作。

Price dispute is one of the most common social conflicts and disputes, involving many areas of people’s livelihood. Based on the work practice of Hangzhou price certification, this paper summarizes the experience of mediation of price disputes. In recent years, the price dispute mediation network has become three-dimensional, the process standardized, the main body diversified, the team specialized, and the platform digitalized, and the "Five Modernization Coordination" work system has been built to promote the improvement of mediation efficiency. Then, starting from the focus of improving the workload of price dispute mediation, it is proposed to improve the relevant laws and regulations on price dispute mediation, promote carrier construction, strengthen collaborative governance, optimize power allocation, build a smart mediation model and other ways to promote high-quality price dispute mediation.
