摘要
目的探讨CICARE沟通模式应用于社区中医护理中的效果。方法将流程化沟通方式应用于中医护理门诊,建立适用于专科的CICARE沟通模板。将2020年10月-12月就诊的100例中医护理门诊患者设为对照组,2021年1月-3月就诊的100例中医护理门诊患者设为观察组,对照组采用传统护患沟通模式,观察组采用CICARE沟通模式,比较2组患者中医护理满意度和依从性。结果观察组患者中医护理的满意度和依从性均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论实施CICARE模式能规范护患沟通流程,提高护士沟通能力,从而提升就诊患者对中医护理门诊满意度及依从性。
Objective To explore the effect of CICARE communication mode in community traditional Chinese medicine nursing.MethodsApply the flow communication mode to the TCM nursing clinic,and establish the CICARE communication template suitable for the specialty.100 cases of TCM nursing outpatients from October to December 2020 were set as the control group,and 100 cases of TCM nursing outpatients from January to March 2021 were set as the observation group.The control group used the traditional nurse patient communication mode,the observation group used CICARE communication mode.The satisfaction and compliance of TCM nursing quality were compared between the two groups.ResultsAfter the implementation of cicare communication mode,the satisfaction and compliance of TCM nursing in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).ConclusionThe implementation of cicare mode can standardize the nurse-patient communication process,improve the nurses'communication ability,and improve the patients'satisfaction and compliance with the TCMnursingclinic.
