摘要
我国“30·60”“双碳”目标的提出将推动低碳、零碳社区快速发展,但目前我国在零碳社区的定义与分级方面还未形成共识。首先对国内外区域碳排放现状进行研究,结合我国相关政策和标准要求,提出了以实现零碳为目标,以碳排放量为核心控制指标,将社区分为两级或三级的分级建议,两级分别为低碳社区、零碳社区,三级分别为低碳社区、近零碳社区、零碳社区,并提出各级技术定义;其次,确定了社区碳排放计算边界,主要包括建筑、交通、废弃物、给排水、社区照明、可再生能源、碳汇,通过分析典型社区碳排放可知,建筑碳排放占比约70%,社区内交通、废弃物、给排水、照明碳排放总共占比约30%。
China’s “30·60” dual-carbon target will promote the rapid development of low-carbon and zero-carbon communities. There is no consensus on the definition and grade of zero-carbon communities. Based on the definition of zero carbon community in various countries, combined with the relevant policies and standards in China, it is proposed to divide communities into two or three levels to achieve zero carbon as the goal, and to take carbon emission as the core control index. Low carbon community and zero carbon community were selected for community with two levels. Low carbon community, nearly zero carbon community and zero carbon community were selected for community with three levels. Definition of low carbon community, nearly zero carbon community and zero carbon community were given. It is suggested that building, transportation, waste, water and lighting, renewable energy and carbon sink should be calculated for zero carbon community. The main carbon emission components within the community were analyzed. Building operation carbon emission is about 70%. Carbon emissions from transportation, waste, water and lighting account for 30%.
