面向国家文化数字化战略的图书馆创新实践——以张謇学濒危稀见文献数字化保护和利用为例

Library Innovation Practice Facing the National Cultural Digitization Strategy:Taking the Digital Protection and Utilization of Endangered and Rare Documents of Zhang Jian Studies as an Example

国家文化数字化战略对图书馆数字化转型和服务创新发展具有重要的引领和促进作用。论文梳理了国内外图书馆文化遗产数字化研究与实践,以特色地域文化遗产“张謇学濒危稀见文献”的数字化保护和利用为例,阐述了南通大学以项目建设为抓手,探索图书馆数字化转型和服务创新。以期通过面向数字化管理的业务模式创新、面向数字化服务需求的技术路径创新和面向数字化成果全民共享的服务创新,促进地方文献文化遗产的数字化保护和传承利用,进而形成线上线下融合互动、立体覆盖的地域文化公共服务供给体系,推进和提升图书馆数字化服务能力,助力图书馆在创新驱动、转型发展中实现高质量发展。

The national cultural digitalization strategy plays an important role in leading and promoting the digitalization transformation and service innovation development of libraries.The paper combs the research and practice of digital library cultural heritage at home and abroad.Taking the digital protection and utilization of the characteristic regional cultural heritage“endangered and rare documents of zhang jian studies”as an example,it expounds that Nantong University,taking project construction as the starting point,explores the digital transformation and service innovation of the library.Through business model innovation oriented to digital management,technological path innovation oriented to digital service demand,and service innovation oriented to digital achievements shared by the whole people,we will promote the digital protection,inheritance and utilization of local cultural heritage,form a regional cultural public service supply system with online and offline integration and interaction,and vertical coverage,promote and enhance the library’s digital service capability,and help libraries achieve high-quality development in innovation driven and transformational development.
