摘要
目的 提高病人的满意度和临床药师药学服务的整体质量,促进合理用药。方法 回顾性分析我院门诊的用药咨询记录,对咨询内容进行归纳总结并分析。结果 159次用药咨询中,以患者身份(149次,93.71%)、70岁以上(43人,27.04%)、男(91人,57.23%)和面对面方式(116次,72.96%)为主,用法用量(44次,27.67%)、不良反应(33次,20.75%)、药物相互作用(27次,16.98%)和药理作用(21次,13.21%)是咨询类型的主要因素,抗微生物药(22次,13.84%)、消化(21次,13.21%)、神经(18次,11.32%)、内分泌(16次,10.06%)、心血管(15次,9.43%)和血液系统药物(13次,8.18%)是主要的咨询药物种类。结论 定期进行用药咨询调查分析,是提高患者满意度和用药依从性的重要保障。
OBJECTIVE Improve patient satisfaction and the overall quality of pharmaceutical care of clinical pharmacists, and promote rational drug use.METHODS The records of outpatient medication consultation in our hospital were analyzed retrospectively, and the consultation contents were summarized and analyzed.RESULTS Among the 159 medication consultations, the main factors were patient identity(149 times, 93.71%),over 70 years old(43 people, 27.04%),male(91 people, 57.23%) and face-to-face(116 times, 72.96%),usage and dosage(44 times, 27.67%),adverse reactions(33 times, 20.75%),drug interaction(27 times, 16.98%) and pharmacological effect(21 times, 13.21%).Antimicrobial drugs(22 times, 13.84%),digestion(21 times, 13.21%),nerve(18 times, 11.32%),endocrine(16 times, 10.06%),cardiovascular(15 times, 9.43%) and blood system drugs(13 times, 8.18%) were the main types of consult drugs.CONCLUSION Regular medication consultation, investigation and analysis is an important guarantee to improve patient satisfaction and medication compliance.
