摘要
啜吸检测装置是核电厂燃料操作与贮存系统中的检查设备,用于定性检测辐照后的燃料组件包壳的密闭性和定量测量燃料组件包壳破损的大小。通过对啜吸检测装置系统的描述、工作原理的分析、水下机械装置结构设计的论证,详细阐述了啜吸检测装置的设计思路、结构要素的组成以及重要部件的公差配合。啜吸检测装置现已完成了从C1/C2到华龙一号全部自主研发设计,并在各个核电厂内不同的核电机组中投入使用多年,其对燃料组件的有效检测性及装置自身的安全可靠性都已得到了验证。
Sipping detection device is an inspection device in the fuel operation and storage system of nuclear power plant,which is used to qualitatively detect the tightness of irradiated fuel assembly cladding and quantitatively measure the size of fuel assembly cladding damage.Through the description of the sipping detection device system,the analysis of its working principle,and the demonstration of the structural design of the underwater mechanical device,the design idea of the sipping detection device,the composition of the structural elements,and the tolerance fit of the important components were described in detail.Sipping detection device had been independently developed and designed from C1/C2 to Hualong No.1,and had been put into use in different nuclear generator sets in various nuclear power plants for many years.Its effective detection of fuel assemblies and the safety and reliability of the device itself had been verified.
