梯级水电站集控智能一体化关键技术的研究与应用 被引量:6

摘要 为进一步提高流域水能资源利用效率,更好发挥梯级电站群综合效益,需实现水电调多业务协同交互,解决梯级水电站集控中心数据跨安全区传输、异构数据处理等问题。本文分析了智能梯级水电集控的技术需求,以一体化平台为基础,提出了梯级水电集控的智能化解决方案,完成了多源异构海量数据处理、对象化智能报警、高可靠性数据通信与同步、多业务一体化人机交互、梯级水电站智能优化运行等关键技术研究,克服了传统梯级水电站集控方案的不足。该技术方案已成功推广应用于金沙江下游昆明调控中心、清江梯调水电调集控中心等,满足了水电调一体化管理需求,提高运行管理水平,取得了良好的经济社会效益。 In order to improve the utilization efficiency of hydropower resources in the basin and achieve better comprehensive benefits of cascade hydropower stations,it is necessary to realize coordination and interaction of multiple businesses of hydropower dispatching,and solve the problems such as data transm ission across safety zones and heterogeneous data processing in the centralized control center of cascade hydropower stations.This paper ana-lyzes the technical requirements of the intelligent centralized control of cascade hydropower stations,puts forward the intelligent solution based on the integrated platform,and studies the key technologies such as multi-source het-erogeneous massive data processing,object-oriented intelligent alarm,high reliability data communication and sy nchronization,multi-business integrated human-computer interaction,and intelligent optimal operation of cas-cade hydropower stations.The intelligent solution of cascade hydropower stations makes up for the deficiencies of traditional centralized control ones.It has been successfully applied to Kunming dispatching control center in the lower reaches of the Jinsha River,Qingjiang Hydropower Dispatching centralized control center and other projects.Therefore,the scheme has met the needs of integrated management of hydropower dispatching,improved the level of operation and management,and achieved good economic and social benefits.
