摘要
矿井液压支架是综采面关键机电装备,是矿井安全生产重要的支护设备。为解决当前液压支架姿态监测功能不足的问题,以掩护式液压支架为研究对象,设计了液压支架姿态监测系统。对液压支架姿态监测系统的总体设计结构及硬件、软件设计进行分析,实现了液压支架姿态的监测,为矿井智能工作面的建设作出一定的贡献。
The mine hydraulic support is the key mechanical and electrical equipment of the fully mechanized mining face and the important support equipment for the safety production of the mine.In order to solve the problem that the current hydraulic support attitude monitoring function is insufficient,the hydraulic support attitude monitoring system is designed with the shield hydraulic support as the research object.The overall design structure,hardware and software design of the hydraulic support attitude monitoring system are analyzed,and the monitoring of the hydraulic support attitude is realized,which makes a certain contribution to the construction of the mine intelligent working face.
