摘要
为提高船舶运营的经济效益,减少船舶油耗,提出一种基于岭回归优化算法的船舶航速与油耗模型。利用大数据和岭回归优化算法建立黑箱模型,在规定的航速范围内求取油耗最小值,实现油耗预测。通过与常用的多元线性回归算法相对比,验证基于岭回归算法的航速与油耗模型的有效性。研究结果表明,应用大数据和岭回归优化算法的航速与油耗模型能实现对不同航速下船舶油耗的准确预测,从而有效减少船舶油耗,增加船舶航行的经济效益。
A ship speed-fuel consumption model based on ridge regression optimization is developed.The model is of black box type and predicts the fuel consumption at different speed according to big data.It also calculates the minimum fuel consumption fora specified range of speed.The output of the model is compared with that from the multiple linear regression algorithm,showing the advantageof the ridge regression model.
