复方紫草膏组方的体外抑菌实验研究

Experimental Study on Antibacterial Activity of Compound Radix Lithospermi Cream in Vitro

目的:探讨新型复方紫草膏的主要成分紫草、金银花、野菊花对常见皮肤软组织感染菌株的抑菌效果。方法:利用纸片扩散法,使用不同浓度的紫草、金银花、野菊花的醇提液对金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌和鲍曼不动杆菌四种ATCC标准菌株进行体外抑菌作用。结论:单药成分紫草、金银花、菊花对常见皮肤软组织感染菌株(金黄色葡萄球菌、表皮葡萄球菌、铜绿假单胞菌、鲍曼不动杆菌)均具有一定程度的抑菌作用,复方组合药物(95%乙醇提取,紫草、金银花、野菊花质量比1∶0.6∶0.6)对四种菌抑制效果更全面。

Objective:To investigate the antibacterial effect of radix lithospermi,flos lonicera and wild chrysanthemum on common strains of skin and soft tissue infection.Methods:The alcohol extracts of radix lithospermi,flos lonicera and wild chrysanthemum with different concentrations were used to study the in vitro antibacterial effect of four ATCC standard strains:staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis,pseudomonas aeruginosa and acinetobacter baumannii.Conclusion:Single drug components radix lithospermi,flos lonicera and chrysanthemum have a certain degree of antibacterial effect on common skin and soft tissue infection strains(staphylococcus aureus,staphylococcus epidermidis,pseudomonas aeruginosa and acinetobacter baumannii),and compound drugs(95%ethanol extraction,the mass ratio of lithospermum,honeysuckle and chrysanthemum is 1∶0.6∶0.6)have a more comprehensive inhibitory effect on the four strains.
