摘要
液化气是工业生产中广泛使用的原料,其储存方式大多为加压液化后储罐内保存。液化气储罐的安全性与其设计参数的选取密切相关,尽管有各种设计规范与标准作为依据,但设计者对新老标准的掌握与理解存在差异,一些储罐的设计参数选取不合理,增加了储罐制造与检验的难度和成本。以液化丙烯储罐设计为例,详细给出了储罐设计参数的确定方法,为此类设备的安全设计提供参考。
Liquefied gas is a widely used raw material in industrial production and it is commonly stored in tanks after pressurized liquefaction.The safety of liquefied gas tank is closely related to the selection of its design parameters.Although many design specifications and standards on liquefied gas tank were given,sometimes designers may select unreasonable design parameters due to their different understanding of new and old standards which makes the manufacture and inspection of storage tanks more difficult and unsafe.The design of liquefied propylene gas tank was taken as an example,and the methods of design parameter determination in detail were elaborated,which provided a reference for the safety design of similar equipment.
