摘要
随着石墨的不断开采,石墨尾矿是石墨开采加工过程中的固体废弃物,尾矿的大量堆积会导致环境的污染,影响人类生存生活质量。石墨尾矿大量堆积也是我国当下亟待解决的重大问题,石墨尾矿成分中包括了70%以上的硅铝氧化物等多种无机硅酸盐矿物,其原料主要成分接近建筑材料,加入部分辅料以达到将其建材化的利用,以最终达到对石墨尾矿的减量化、无害化、资源化利用。笔者阐述了石墨尾矿制备建筑用砖、水泥、砂浆混凝土及陶瓷等传统建材的研究现状以及阐述了制备高附加值绿色建材的研发技术,对石墨尾矿建材化利用方面进行了展望。
With the continuous mining of graphite,graphite tailings as solid waste in the process of graphite mining and processing,a large amount of tailings accumulation will lead to environmental pollution,affecting the quality of human life.Graphite tailings stacking is a lot of problems urgently to be solved in the present,graphite tailings contains more than 70%inorganic minerals such as silicon and aluminum oxide,and its raw material composition is close to building materials.Some auxiliary materials are added to realize the use of building materials,in order to realize the reduction,harmless and resource utilization of graphite tailings.In this paper,the research status of traditional building materials such as graphite tailings brick,cement,concrete and ceramics and the research and development technology of preparing high value-added green building materials are reviewed,and the utilization of graphite tailings as building materials is prospected.
