基于“脾”与肠道菌群关系探讨骨关节炎的治疗

Discussion on the Treatment of Osteoarthritis Based on the Relationship Between “Spleen” and Intestinal Flora

中医理论体系中对于“脾”的功能认识非常深刻,肠道菌群与中医理论中的“脾”在营养物质吸收和调节免疫的功能上相吻合。骨关节炎是中老年人常见病,近年来研究发现肠道微生物群对骨关节炎的发生发展具有重要作用。基于对中医学研究的深入,结合现代医学对于肠道菌群的不断探索,尝试从“脾”的功能与肠道菌群之间的联系探讨骨关节炎的发病机制,为骨关节炎的治疗和预防提供一个可行的思路。

The function of “spleen” in the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine is deeply understood.The intestinal flora is consistent with the “spleen” in the theory of traditional Chinese medicine in terms of nutrient absorption and immune regulation.Osteoarthritis is a common disease in the middle-aged and elderly.In recent years,it has been found that intestinal microbiota plays an important role in the occurrence and development of osteoarthritis.Based on the in-depth study of traditional Chinese medicine and the continuous exploration of intestinal flora in modern medicine,this paper attempts to explore the pathogenesis of osteoarthritis from the relationship between the function of “spleen” and intestinal flora,so as to provide a feasible new idea for the treatment and prevention of osteoarthritis.
