摘要
为了进一步扩大等离子体射流的作用面积,实现特定范围的精准灭菌,设计了一款拥有可搭载等离子射流管的三自由度运动平台且附带机器视觉的灭菌装置。该装置通过机器视觉对待灭菌部位进行识别,主控系统根据视觉信息控制三自由度运动平台进行移动,控制精度达到±0.2 mm,从而实现精准灭菌。在射流管距离培养皿3 mm高度,平台运动速度2 mm/s时,有显著的灭菌效果。在3-5 mm高度下,三自由度运动平台移动速度在1 mm/s时,灭菌率较高。装置使用单根射流管,采用单电极放电,实现了更大面积灭菌,灭菌的氦气成本和时间成本大幅度降低,作用范围更加精确。
In order to further expand the action area of the plasma jet and realize precise sterilization in a specific range, a sterilization device with three degrees of freedom motion platform equipped with a plasma jet tube and machine vision is designed. The device recognizes the sterilized parts through machine vision, and the control system controls the movement of the three degrees of freedom motion platform according to the visual information to realize accurate sterilization. The control accuracy is ± 0.2 mm. When the distance between the jet tube and the Petri dish is 3 mm and the moving speed of the platform is 2 mm/s, there is a significant sterilization effect. At the height of 3 ~ 5 mm, the slower the moving speed of the three degrees of freedom motion platform, the higher the sterilization rate. The device uses a single jet pipe to realize more targeted sterilization in a larger area, greatly reducing the sterilization cost and more accurate scope of action.
