摘要
高职教育最大的特点就是职业性,对学生职业素质的培养也十分重要。为了解高职生职业素质与企业需求的匹配程度,论文对山东省50家企业进行了问卷调查。发现高职生职业素质普遍低于企业需求;企业更重视岗位素质和身心素质,而高职院校学生职业素质的培养与企业需求相悖。基于此,提出高职院校的人才培养应当从“学科本位”“能力本位”向“人格本位”的模式改变,并且以“厚基础、宽口径、重应用、多方位和人本位”为原则设立课程体系。
Based on the investigation of 50 enterprises in Shandong Province, this paper analyzes the matching degree of professional quality and enterprise demand of higher vocational students. The results show that the professional quality of Higher Vocational College students is generally lower than the needs of enterprises, the enterprises pay more attention to the post quality and physical and mental quality, and the professional quality of Higher Vocational College students is contrary to the needs of enterprises. Based on this, it is proposed that the personnel training in higher vocational colleges should change from “subject-based”, “ability-based” to“personality-based”, and “Thick Foundation, wide-bore, heavy application, multi-direction and people-oriented” as the principle to establish the curriculum system.
