曹恩泽教授运用补益清降化瘀法治疗老年慢性肾脏病临证经验

Professor Cao Enze’s Clinical Experience in the Treatment of Senile Chronic Kidney Disease by Tonifying, Clearing, Reducing and Removing Blood Stasis

曹恩泽教授从事中医肾脏疾病诊疗研究多年,对老年患者的慢性肾脏病治疗具有丰富的经验。曹教授认为老年CKD其病位主要在脾、肾,涉及肺、心、肝、胃等脏腑,其辨证属本虚标实,以脾、肾之虚为发病之本,多兼有湿热、浊毒、瘀血等致病之标。治疗应以补益清降化瘀法为基本治法,根据不同证型,分清主次,随证加减,在临床取得较好的效果。

Professor Cao Enze has been engaged in the diagnosis and treatment of kidney diseases in traditional Chinese medicine for many years and has rich experience in the treatment of chronic kidney disease(CKD) in elderly patients. Professor Cao believes that the disease location of elderly CKD is mainly in the spleen and kidney, involving the viscera such as lung, heart, liver and stomach. Its syndrome differentiation belongs to deficiency and excess. The deficiency of spleen and kidney is the origin of the disease, and most of them have the symptoms of damp heat, turbid poison, blood stasis and so on. The treatment should take the method of tonifying, clearing, lowering and removing blood stasis as the basic treatment method, distinguish the primary and secondary according to the different syndrome types, add and subtract according to the syndrome, and achieve good clinical results.
