摘要
目的研究病例扮演教学法在临床康复教学中的应用效果。方法选取2019年11月—2021年6月在康复医学科实习的60名康复医学生为研究对象,采用随机数字法分为试验组(病例扮演教学法)和对照组(传统教学法),各30名。比较两组的理论、技能成绩及教育环境评估量表(Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure,DREEM)分值。结果两组学生理论、技能及学生自评成绩比较,试验组高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组学生DREEM分值比较,试验组在“学习、教师、学术、环境、社交”五个领域分值均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论病例扮演教学法可明显提升临床康复教学质量,有助于培养出更具有专业性及职业责任感的康复医学人才。
Objective To study the application effect of case acting teaching method in clinical rehabilitation teaching.Methods 60 rehabilitation medical students who practiced in the department of rehabilitation medicine in Zhengzhou Central Hospital from November 2019to June 2021 were selected as the research subjects.They were divided into experimental group(case play teaching method)and control group(traditional teaching method)by random number method,with 30 students in each group.There was no difference in the knowledge content and time of the two groups.The two groups were compared in theory,skill scores and Dundee Ready Education Environment Measure(DREEM).Results The DREEM scores of the two groups of students were compared,and the experimental group was higher than the control group in the five fields of"learning,teaching,academic,environment and social interaction",with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Case-acting teaching can significantly improve the quality of clinical rehabilitation teaching,and help cultivate rehabilitation medicine talents with more professional and professional responsibility.
