职业污名对工匠精神的抑制效应:来自制造业产业工人的实证研究

The Inhibiting Effect of Occupational Stigma on Craftsman Spirit:An Empirical Study from Workers in Manufacturing Industries

工匠精神对于建设制造强国有着至关重要的作用,然而制造业产业工人的职业污名抑制了企业工匠精神的发展。文章以制造业产业工人为研究对象,通过问卷调查收集380份调研数据,构建被调节的中介作用模型,探讨职业污名对工匠精神的具体作用机制。结果发现:职业污名显著负向影响工匠精神,职业认同部分中介职业污名对工匠精神的负向作用;家庭支持以及组织支持在职业污名影响其职业认同的过程中发挥负向调节作用,同时调节职业污名通过职业认同对工匠精神的间接影响。

In this study,380 survey data were collected from workers in manufacturing industries through questionnaires,and a moderated mediating effect model was constructed to explore the specific mechanism of occupational stigma on craftsman spirit.The results showed that occupational stigma had a significant negative effect on craftsmanship spirit,and occupational identity partly mediated the negative effect of occupational stigma on craftsmanship spirit.Family support and organizational support played a negative moderating role in the process of occupational stigma affecting occupational identity,and at the same time moderated the indirect impact of occupational stigma on workers craftsmanship spirit through occupational identity.This study reveals the influence mechanism of occupational stigma on the craftsmanship spirit of industrial workers,and enriches the research on the antecedents of craftsmanship spirit.
