摘要
泊位与岸桥是集装箱码头最为重要的两类资源,为了研究其容量规划问题,以泊位空闲成本、船舶等待成本、作业成本以及泊位与岸桥的固定投资成本之和最小为目标,建立了非线性整数规划模型。为了计算码头系统内的船舶等待成本、作业成本以及泊位空闲成本,运用Markov链与排队论,以船舶在码头内的服务过程为基础建立了M/M/C的排队模型。考虑到由于岸桥在泊位间的共享使得码头内船舶数量不同时装卸效率发生变化,设计了最大服务能力规则,确保码头能以最大服务能力为先到达的船舶提供服务。通过一个集装箱码头实例对提出的泊位岸桥容量规划模型进行了验证,结果表明该模型可以指导集装箱码头对泊位和岸桥资源的配置。
As two of the most important resources in container terminals,a nonlinear integer planning model is established to determine the capacity of berths and quay cranes with the objective of minimum sum of berth idle cost,vessel waiting cost,operation cost and fixed investment cost.To calculate the value,a queuing model of M/M/C is established based on the service process of vessels within the terminal using the Markov chain and queuing theory.Considering the sharing of the quay cranes between berths,the maximum service capacity rule is designed to ensure the maximum service capacity for the arrived vessels.The model is validated by an example,and the results show that it can guide the construction of berth and quay cranes for container terminals.
