摘要
针对制造生产线转型升级的需求,设计了一种集合七轴机器人、数控铣床、数控车床、总控PLC、HMI等多设备联动的智能制造生产单元,通过数控车铣复合方式,实现复杂零件混合加工生产。采用西门子PLC作为生产线控制系统,通过HMI人机交互界面,一方面获取各设备的实时运行状态或报警信息,另一方面实现向工业机器人、数控车床、数控铣床的命令下发。经反复验证表明:产线运行良好,方案的实施可为企业的自动化水平提升、智慧工厂的方案设计提供参考。
According to the needs of transformation and upgrading of manufacturing production line, an intelligent manufacturing production unit is designed, which integrates seven axis robot, CNC milling machine, CNC lathe, general control PLC, HMI and other multi-equipment linkages. The CNC turning and milling compound method is used to realize the mixing of complex parts. Siemens PLC is used as the production line control system. Through the HMI human-computer interaction interface, the real-time operation status or alarm information of equipment is obtained;meanwhile, command is issued to the industrial robots, CNC lathes and CNC milling machines. After repeated verification, it shows that the production line runs well, and implementation of the scheme can provide a reference for improvement of the automation level of the enterprise and the scheme design of the smart factory.
