摘要
缺氧所导致的缺氧诱导因子-1α的稳定表达是渗出性老年性黄斑变性发病的重要因素,而渗出性老年性黄斑变性的突出表现脉络膜新生血管亦是缺氧所促发。缺氧所诱发的上游信号通路可以通过激活缺氧诱导因子-1α,进而使缺氧诱导因子-1α可以调控下游的一系列参与新生血管生成的相关因子;缺氧诱导因子-1α及下游因子的共同调控作用最终导致脉络膜新生血管生成。该综述通过总结前人对缺氧诱导因子-1α在渗出性老年性黄斑变性中的研究成果,以探求二者之间的相关性及为临床治疗提供新思路。
The stable expression of hypoxia-inducible factor-1α caused by hypoxia is an important factor in the pathogenesis of exudative age-related macular degeneration, and the prominent manifestation of exudative age-related macular degeneration is also triggered by hypoxia. The upstream signaling pathway induced by hypoxia can activate hypoxia-inducible factor-1α, so that hypoxia-inducible factor-1α can regulate a series of downstream related factors involved in neovascularization;hypoxia-inducible factor-1α and downstream factors Co-regulation ultimately leads to choroidal neovascularization. This review summarizes previous research results on hypoxia-inducible factor-1a in exudative age-related macular degeneration, in order to explore the correlation between the two and provide new ideas for clinical treatment.
