摘要
结合“食品添加剂”传统教学中存在问题,将现代化教学手段引入课程进行实践探索,从教学目标和内容的建设、采用多种教学方法、将过程性评价纳入考核等方面着手,对品科学与工程专业“食品添加剂”课程的教学改革进行探索,学生学习的积极性和主动性都得到提高,教学效果得到有效的提升。
Combined the problems existing in the traditional teaching of “Food Additives”, modern teaching methods are introduced into the curriculum for practical exploration. Through the aspects of the construction of teaching objectives and content, the use of various teaching methods, and the incorporation of process evaluation into assessment, the teaching reform of the “Food Additives” course of the food science and engineering major in our college has been explored. The enthusiasm and initiative of students’ learning has been improved, and the teaching effect has been effectively improved.
