Discussion on Quality Management of Polyacrylonitrile-Based Carbon Fiber Production Process

简述了碳纤维用途、种类以及我国碳纤维产业发展历程,介绍了聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产工艺流程,并从质量管理、设备管理、原材料、工艺控制、环境控制等五个方面描述了国内聚丙烯腈基碳纤维生产过程质量管理现状,指出存在的不足,并从“人、机、料、法、环”五个方面相应提出了加强生产过程质量管理的思路对策。

The application and variety of carbon fiber as well as the development course of carbon fiber industry in China are briefly described.The present situation of quality management in the production process of polyacrylonitrile-based carbon fiber in China is described and the shortcomings are pointed out from five aspects such as quality control,equipment management,raw materials,process control and environmental control.The countermeasures to strengthen the quality management of carbon fiber production process are put forward from the aspects of man,machine,material,method and ring.
