摘要
多数天然气中含有酸性气体,极易在开采、运输及加工过程中造成设备与管道腐蚀、催化剂中毒,危害人体健康,必须进行脱硫处理。按脱硫采用介质的物理表观性质分类,介绍了天然气脱硫的主要技术,分析比较了它们的技术特点、适应范围,认为湿式氧化法脱硫技术投资少、工艺紧凑、设备简单、运行费用低,在天然气脱硫领域应用前景更好。
Most natural gas contains sour gas, which is very easy to cause corrosion of equipment and pipelines, poisoning of catalysts, and harm to human health during exploitation, transportation and processing. Therefore, desulfurization treatment is necessary. Based on the physical properties of the chemicals used in desulfurization, the main technologies of natural gas desulfurization are introduced, and their technical characteristics and scope of application are analyzed and compared. It is concluded that the wet oxidation process desulfurization technology involves less investment, compact process,simple equipment, and low operating cost, hence it is more promising for application in the natural gas desulfurization.
