摘要
面对世界教育数字化浪潮的席卷,如何在两个大局、两个百年以及建设中国式现代化背景下推进教育数字化转型,彰显中国特色、反映中国理念、适合中国需要成为时代命题。在新发展阶段下,教育数字化战略应秉持作为中国式教育现代化的重要组成部分,服务科技、人才、教育强国目标的关键支撑和融入世界教育潮流,讲好中国故事、贡献中国经验有效保证的科学定位,应坚持教育数字化战略的系统全局观、开放共享观、守正创新观、协调发展观的基本理念,应守持以生态转型擘画共“享”胜景,以底层共“建”夯实数字底座,以数字共“治”畅享教育未来,以互融共“通”谱写数字教育交流新篇章的中国进路。
Faced with the wave of educational digitalization in the world, how to promote the transformation of educational digitization while highlighting Chinese characteristics, reflecting Chinese concepts and meeting the needs of China has become time proposition in the context of two overall situations, two centuries and the construction of Chinese-style modernization. In the new development stage, the educational digitization strategy should uphold the important component of Chinese-style educational modernization, the key support of serving science and technology, talents and goal of powerful educational country, and the scientific orientation of integrating into the world educational trend, telling Chinese stories brilliantly and effective guarantee for contributing Chinese experience, should adhere to the basic concepts of systematic overall view, open and shared view, positive innovation view and coordinated development view of educational digitization strategy, should adhere to the Chinese approach of sharing the wonderful scenery of ecological transformation, tamping the digital base with the co-constructed bottom, enjoying the educational future with digital co-governance, and composing a new chapter of digital education exchange with mutual and common integration.
