基于碳中和理论下装配式建筑贡献因素分析 被引量:6

摘要 依据我国政府报告中的碳中和目标,建立装配式建筑碳中和贡献评价体系至关重要。在碳中和目标的指导下,建立装配式建筑碳中和贡献评价体系,引入云模型,并建立IAHP-熵权法的综合评价模型。首先,装配式建筑在全生命周期理论下,从前期策划、规划设计、生产运输、建筑施工、运营维护、拆除回收等6个阶段,选取了36个因素进行评价,构建了装配式建筑对碳中和贡献度综合评价体系;其次,运用主观赋权法——IAHP和客观赋权法—熵权法确定综合权重;最后,运用云模型对指标综合评价。结果表明:装配式建筑对碳中和贡献度的综合评价达到了高贡献度的程度,为今后该方面的研究作出了一定的贡献。 According to the carbon neutrality target in the Chinese government report,it is very important to establish a carbon neutral contribution evaluation system for prefabricated buildings.Under the guidance of the carbon neutral target,establish a carbon neutral contribution evaluation system for prefabricated buildings,introduce a cloud model,and establish a comprehensive evaluation model of the IAHP-entropy method.First of all,under the theory of the whole life cycle of the prefabricated building,36 factors were selected for evaluation from the six stages of pre-planning,planning and design,production and transportation,building construction,operation and maintenance,and demolition and recycling.The comprehensive evaluation system of neutralization contribution.Secondly,the subjective weighting method-IAHP and the objective weighting method-entropy weighting method are used to determine the comprehensive weight.Finally,the cloud model is used to comprehensively evaluate the indicators.The results show that the comprehensive evaluation of the contribution of prefabricated buildings to carbon neutrality has reached a high degree of contribution,which has made a certain contribution to future research in this area.
